Welcome to our 10-minute Wind Down Vinyasa Yoga Flow! This gentle and soothing yoga practice is designed to help you unwind and relax at the end of a busy day.
We’ll begin by focusing on the breath and setting an intention to release any tension or stress from the body and mind. From there, we’ll move through a series of gentle flowing movements and poses that help to release tightness in the neck, shoulders, and hips.
Throughout the practice, we’ll encourage you to connect with your breath and move mindfully, allowing your body to release any stress or tension. We’ll also incorporate some gentle stretches and restorative poses to help you feel grounded and calm.
