Welcome to our 10-minute Power Yoga Flow! This energizing and dynamic yoga practice is designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and get your heart pumping.
We’ll begin by warming up the body with some Sun Salutations and other flowing movements that help to increase circulation and activate the muscles. From there, we’ll move into a series of standing poses and lunges that challenge your balance and build strength in the legs and core. We’ll also incorporate some dynamic transitions and sequences to keep the practice flowing and energizing.
Throughout the practice, we’ll encourage you to connect with your breath and focus your attention on the present moment. We’ll also offer modifications and variations for each pose, so that you can adjust the practice to meet your own needs and level of experience.
At the end of the practice, we’ll take a moment to cool down with some gentle stretches and a brief savasana, or relaxation pose. You’ll leave this 10-minute Power Yoga Flow feeling energized, strong, and ready to take on whatever challenges come your way.
