Welcome to our 10-minute “Kick Start Your Day” Vinyasa Yoga Flow! This quick and energizing yoga practice is designed to help you start your day feeling refreshed and invigorated.
We’ll begin by focusing on the breath and setting an intention for the day ahead. From there, we’ll move through a series of flowing movements that help to warm up the body, increase flexibility, and build strength. Our Vinyasa flow will incorporate traditional Sun Salutations, as well as other dynamic poses to get your blood pumping and your energy flowing.
Throughout the practice, we’ll encourage you to listen to your body and honor your own limits. Modifications will be offered for each pose, so that you can adjust the practice to meet your own needs. We’ll also incorporate some gentle stretches and soothing poses at the end of the flow to help you feel grounded and centered.
